What started as playful banter on Twitter over a year ago (shoutout @wibeerbaron) has become the liquid homage to our home state of Wisconsin’s European pastry heritage brewed especially for our friends at Madison Magazine’s Best of Madison celebration.
Built on a Berliner Weisse-style backbone, loads of real cherry puree and a hint of baking spice give rise to a smooth and silky liquid Weichselstrudel (for our German friends) that tastes straight out of the oven!
