Shipping & Returns Policy
- Orders must be placed in multiples of 12 or 24 cans. For example one 12-pack or two 6-packs for 12-pack shipping or four 6-packs, one 12-pack and two 6-packs, or two 12-packs for 24-pack shipping
- Orders of 24 cans or more ship free!
- Orders of 12 cans ship for a flat $5 fee.
- All orders ship via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or Ground Advantage.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday and picked up by USPS Tuesday through Friday. Orders are typically processed and picked up within 48 hours when placed Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Friday through Monday will typically ship out on Tuesday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
- Typical transit times are 2-7 days but may take longer due to weather or high volume shipping times. (Alaska and Hawaii transit times may be up to 16 days after pickup)
- All shipping addresses provided must be valid for USPS package delivery.
- Orders that are returned to our warehouse due to improper/invalid addresses or being undeliverable will be canceled and refunded minus a $10 per package restocking fee.
- Any product that is damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to you. Please reach out to orders@drinkuntitled.com with details and/or pictures and we’ll be happy to take care of you.
- As a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on non-alcoholic beer or CBD Sparkling Water products. If there is a quality or damage issue with your products, reach out to orders@drinkuntitled.com and we’ll attempt to make it right.
